This bridal red pure silk benarasi saree did not meet my expectations. I paid $400+ for this saree. When I unpacked I saw the silk fabric around the Zari motifs were very flimsy, and stretched out at several places (like what happens to delicate fabric when an oversized person tries to fit in a small outfit). So I think there is some kind of risk involved when you are making and overseas purchase of such high amount. I couldn’t ask for exchange because I asked to do pico so I have to live with it. I ordered 6 more sarees as well, 3 of them were really awesome and there other were just ok. I also ordered a lehenga, that was great. Personally, I think it’s better to buy in person if you are spending anything north of 400 US dollars. Better to check the fabric and saree for peace of mind.

This red bridal lehenga choli was great quality. Loved the embroidery work. The color was quite darker than the picture but I still like it. The shipping and packaging services were great, received quickly sitting here in California. I ordered 7 more sarees too but not superb happy with those.
Saree looked great. I received the exact same saree the model is wearing. Somehow looks more gorgeous in the picture than in person. I know it’s blended silk but I was still expecting slightly better material for this price. I’m happy with the blouse service that was a great convenience. Packaging and shipping was great! Received very quickly, in 3 days once it was shipped.
